This is an awesome cardio workout with flexibility and mobility as active recovery and then back into full-on cardio with a hint of strength. The first task focuses on the shoulders/arms and legs. DEATH BY SQUAT
The workout is 4 cycles of 3 minutes racked squat moving as much weight as possible. After each set of 3 minutes of squats followed by a 1-minute mandatory overhead hold of the heaviest weight that you used for your squat set. If the overhead hold is broken, there is a penalty. After the overhead
