Kettlebell Routines

Are you wasting time doing things that achieve nothing with kettlebells, or are you constantly getting injured? We have a minimum of 4 kettlebell routines available that are included in your membership. Each routine/plan consists of 12 weeks of work. You will also get a beginner routine and can use the other routines whenever you are ready to get stuck into them.

Workout Library

The IKUâ„¢ Kettlebell Technique is a private group on Facebook that is solely focused on improving form and technique. It’s not about working out but learning and doing things correctly. The benefit is that you are in the company of people who are also interested in learning and improving, rather than what most social networks are about (banter and arguments).

IKUâ„¢ Inner Circle

The IKUâ„¢ Inner Circle is a private group on Facebook that has been running for over 5 years and contains over 300+ workouts. The best thing about the inner circle is the community aspect, motivation, and accountability. Of course, you can stay behind the scenes and just take advantage of the additional workout library.

Video Watch Time

Videos that are served from our streaming servers are limited to 1 hour per month for unregistered users (only free videos), 2 hours for registered users (only free videos), 10 hours for Silver members, 20 hours for Gold members, and 40 hours for Platinum members.

Join The IKUâ„¢ Kettlebell Sport Team

The IKUâ„¢ Kettlebell Sport Team is an international team of people who have fun, train, and compete together both online and in person across the world.

Timers

Free users can use the online workout timers but with limited functionality; the next timer and pause links are not available, and the ability to run one timer after the other automatically is disabled.

Profile

Free users can start building their profile, but functionality like IKUâ„¢ Kettlebell Buddies, being contactable, and several other profile features are not available. An example of a completed profile can be found here.

Coaching

As you have access to all kettlebell exercises in the encyclopedia and the world’s best kettlebell workouts, you want to make sure that you’re doing things right. The top-notch coaching that’s included will allow you to submit your videos for feedback, and you will also be able to ask questions. Access to the proprietary IKUâ„¢ Kettlebell Coaching System is also included.

Videoconferencing

Live one-on-one videoconferencing is only available for the platinum members. Videoconferencing can take place over Zoom, Skype, Messenger, or any other video conferencing platform. Additional blocks of 10 minutes are charged at $10. The videoconferencing time is deducted from the coaching time included in your membership.

Tribes

Create a Tribe for other KETTLEBELL MONSTERâ„¢ users to join. Show your skills, entertain, educate, and interact with your other Tribe members.

Content Ranking

Content that is submitted to our social network is displayed to users based on an algorithm, and as a paying member, you will receive the benefit of content that ranks higher. The higher your membership, the higher your content ranks. All content rules still apply to members. The Platinum membership allows commercial content to be displayed as long as the subscription is active.

Commercial Content

Commercial content is not allowed on KETTLEBELL MONSTERâ„¢ unless you have a Platinum subscription. You may not post content that may result in people subscribing to or buying from you.

Business Listing

Business listings with a map location and many other details, so that people can find you are available for Gold and Platinum members. Gold is only for small businesses, i.e., sole traders, or less than than 2 people. Platinum is for businesses with more than 2 employees.

Why is commercial content not allowed?

We understand this may not be a favorable decision for everyone. With all the costs associated with running the platform and also running our own business that delivers products and services in the kettlebell atmosphere, it simply doesn’t make sense to allow non-paying users to increase their reach and branding on our dime.

Will I keep access to the content?

You get to keep anything you download and save on your computer. Streamable services and website access are discontinued after cancellation.

How does the coaching and feedback work?

There are several ways, and depending on your membership, you may submit your videos in private via our website, post in our private group, or both. When submitting via our website, the coach will review your submission and either mark it as good or assign common mistakes that need correction.

Will the kettlebell workouts be suitable for beginners?

Yes. We have many beginner workouts, and depending on what subscription you sign up for, there may also be a whole ebook included on how to perform the workout and create your kettlebell routine.

Are the other kettlebell workouts suitable for me?

Yes. The majority of workouts have videos created by a professional coach that explain how to adjust the more complex workouts and perform alternatives. This is a great way to learn and advance with kettlebell training.

Is the subscription suitable for females?

Yes. There is nothing that makes it specific for males or females. All follow-along videos will have a male and female kettlebell trainer performing the workouts.

Will I be able to follow or create a kettlebell routine?

Yes. Not only will we provide you with a year or more worth of kettlebell routines, but you will also find some workouts include information on how often to perform the workout, and so on. Outside of that, our service provides access to real human interaction, meaning you can ask your fellow kettlebell enthusiasts or your coaches.

Will I increase my cardio with kettlebells?

Yes. We have many kettlebell workouts with a focus on increasing cardio, both low and high intensity. All of them can. be adjusted to suit your needs and level.

Will I increase my strength with kettlebells?

Yes. We have many kettlebell workouts with a focus on increasing strength, both overall and maximal strength. All of them can. be adjusted to suit your needs and level.

Will I increase my mobility with kettlebells?

Yes. We have many kettlebell workouts with a focus on increasing mobility. Outside of the specific mobility workouts, we also include a lot of mobility work and stretching in our active recovery or cooldowns.

Will I increase my power with kettlebells?

Yes. We have many kettlebell workouts with a focus on increasing power. Common power training exercises include plyometrics, ballistic exercises like the clean or snatch. The workouts also include progressions to these more advanced exercises.
