Kettlebell Exercises

The structure of the exercises is based on the concept that there are exercises (parent) and exercise variations (children), for example, the Kettlebell Goblet Squat is a Squat exercise. This structure allows us to categorize the exercises and enable you to easily navigate the website and find what you’re looking for.

You can find the exercise you’re after in many different categories. If you’re after a slow grinding kettlebell exercise then you can drill down to the kettlebell exercise by your selected speed.

If you’re after learning something new or just playing around a bit then you can drill down to the kettlebell by the grip.

If you want to see kettlebell exercises by the number of kettlebells or arms used then you can select single kettlebell and single-arm, single kettlebell and double arm, double kettlebells, single kettlebell and alternating arm, or single kettlebell exercises.

If you want to see all kettlebell exercises by the body position they’re performed in then you can drill down by categories like laying down, standing, squatting, plank, and so on.

If you are interested in switching things up, making your exercise more unstable so you can work on stability, and more, then you can drill down by possible stances to perform the exercises in.

Kettlebell Benefits

If you want to find kettlebell exercises by the benefits they offer then you can drill down by kettlebell exercise benefits like stability, strength, power, and so on.

Kettlebell Combo

If you want to find new kettlebell combos to try out then you can drill down by kettlebell combo and see a list of kettlebell exercise variations that are great when combined together.

And last but not least, if you want to drill down by the parent exercise then you can do that here.

The second way to drill down and find the exercise you need is by anatomy like the body part, joint, muscle, muscle group, or movements used.
