This workout has a task for cardio which is bodyweight and single kettlebell work that can also be used as your warm-up. The quick cardio is followed by kettlebell mobility and strength work. Then dynamic stretching and mobility are followed by the last task which is core work.
This kettlebell workout is one that’s focused on flexibility and mobility. All kettlebell exercises are carefully selected for a CAVEMANROM session where the exercises are performed slowly and controlled with a focus on ROM (range of motion). The main focus is on the ankle, hips, and shoulder joints.
