IKU™ Beginner Kettlebell Workout

This is a single kettlebell workout aptly named and usually underestimated because it has the word “beginner” in the name. It’s been named a Beginner Workout because it has a focus on the 4 basic but effective kettlebell exercises that work the full body. Have a go at this workout and make it part of your regular kettlebell routine.

BOSS

This is a single kettlebell workout for strength, and all single kettlebell work is with easy-to-perform exercises.

ARIS

This is a single kettlebell workout for cardio. The exercises are not too complex, and the work time is short, however, 12 minutes unbroken is harder than you think. So, adjust the workout and add 1 to 2 minutes of rest between each 3-minute AMRAP.

ODOS

This kettlebell workout is a mixture of single kettlebell with bodyweight work for cardio. The more intense tasks are broken up with active recovery work, which is great, so that you’re working on your body while actively recovering for the next intense task.
