This is a core and mobility workout. The core work is several sets of 30 seconds of work and then 30 seconds of rest, followed up with 4 minutes of joint and mobility work and repeated for 3 cycles.

INFINITY

This workout has a task for cardio which is bodyweight and single kettlebell work that can also be used as your warm-up. The quick cardio is followed by kettlebell mobility and strength work. Then dynamic stretching and mobility are followed by the last task which is core work.
