This is a core and mobility workout. The core work is several sets of 30 seconds of work and then 30 seconds of rest, followed up with 4 minutes of joint and mobility work and repeated for 3 cycles.
This workout has a task for cardio which is bodyweight and single kettlebell work that can also be used as your warm-up. The quick cardio is followed by kettlebell mobility and strength work. Then dynamic stretching and mobility are followed by the last task which is core work.
This is an awesome cardio workout with flexibility and mobility as active recovery and then back into full-on cardio with a hint of strength. The first task focuses on the shoulders/arms and legs. The active recovery introduces you to some new moves that you can use outside of the workout as well to work on
