Talk about mental toughness and I even used the progression down for this workout!  Single bell used instead of doubles. I had been trying to get my head wrapped around the crunch but today’s jerks felt better than last week.   When I got to the 8 minute clean and jerk, I found my rhythym and pacing AND found the  position for my elbow on the hip to push the bell up.
