Combination of 2 of my favorite exercises, I couldn’t pass this up.  Glad I chose 10kg for the first time but I think once I learn proper snatches, I will use higher weight.

I messed up with Task 3, where I didn’t realize it was 3 bicycles as I did 5, oops.

Overall, solid  workout. Strength & cardio – look at heart rate chart!
