In this workout, I performed the Kettlebell clean, strict press, and full snatch exercises. However, I experienced light headedness and had to take brief breaks of five to ten seconds between sets. My forearm muscles quickly reached fatigue, which made the strict presses and snatches even more challenging.

Due to the limited availability of equipment, using only two 16kg Kettlebells, the combo of exercises proved to be the most difficult. I followed a pattern of two reps followed by a short rest period. Towards the end, I pushed myself to complete four continuous reps.
