I’m in Clean camp now and this workout is one of the three offered but got to practice double cleans and work on shoulders!   Great for shoulders and enjoyed it.  Completed 32 rounds using double 10kg in the 20 minutes and I was put in a 100 burpee challenge so that was added as a finisher and OMG, heart rate off the charts!

 

Overall, this was a nice pace workout with the pancake burpees (never done those before).
