HR 140 avg, 169 max. 16 kg. First two parts I did pretty well (suffering in shoulders, but bearable). The Q is about first squats – with the bell or bodyweight? I did bodyweight just in case… Also the last part was tough, I thought I should have been done in 6-10 mins according to the plan, but 40 (1+1) cleans & presses were grinding. And 40 CF burpees consequently I did with pauses, but first time in my life) A lot of things to improve ahead. Complete time ~ 36 mins.
