Did: the full Warmup, Prepwork, Workout and Cooldown. The Workout looked like that:
4 sets (EMOM with 45 sec activ and 15 sec rest) of the following
30 2-Hand Swings
15 Goblet Squats
15 Military Presses right
15 Military Presses left
18 Bendover Rows right
18 Bendover Rows left
1 minute Rest & Stretch
Did the Prep work with a 16 but after my previous Workout it didnt feel too good so I went for a 12 kg for the actual Workout.
Final Score: 111 Reps * 4 Rounds * 12 kg = 5328
