I’ve been doing this exercise for 6 weeks now and I’ve improved drastically. The first time I could not go 8min straight without loosing my breath and becoming fatigue.

 

My snatches (150 reps) improve each week, Jerks stayed the same at 80reps the last task was more challenging but I manage to finish it with 50 reps 14min:15sec
