I did the first 300 reps and reached my max fatigue, I did some research on how to improve my performance

    Increase Strength
    Improve Cardiovascular Endurance
    Practice Kettlebell Technique
    Interval Training
    Build Mental Toughness: Train your mind to push through fatigue and discomfort by incorporating mental toughness exercises into your training
    Progressive Overload
    Proper Nutrition and Hydration
    Rest and Recovery

 

After the burpees I reached 45 minutes, I was fatigued and my mind was over the whole exercise but I do want to come back to it in the future and complete the whole workout in 45 minutes. It’s a challenge to overcome!
