Warm started out slow, Hamstrings pull when in the hinge position, ease into the warm up as time went on
Breathing felt more in control, less panic breathing
Bracing felt natural instead of forced
Less energy leakage
– Didn’t gas out earlier
– Fewer unnecessary stabilizers fired E.G. my neck muscles pulling less with the presses
– Volume increase without extra stress (260reps – 278reps)
Swing = 100 reps
Squats = 36
press R = 35
Press L = 35
Rows R = 36
Rows L = 36
Mild soreness the day afterwards, Muscles DOMS spread more evenly compared to the first time where the main DOMS were in my Hamstrings
