If you watch the follow-along video for this workout, I all of a sudden thought that I only did 6 instead of 8 reps because I had so much time left, so I pumped out 2 more. In reality, I could have gone with 28kg for the first task and 24kg for the 3rd task, but 16kg was probably good for the last one.
