Not gonna lie about this one! First 3 rounds I made it unbroken and then my mind started to play tricks on me and I almost stopped. But I pushed through and made it till the end but last 3 rounds broken . It’s a very tuff workout.  Did the workout looking myself in the mirror and it helped me a lot with snatches as I was concentrating to pull my shoulder up before full snatch. Was much easier than ever before so I recommend to all – watch the technique videos
