This time done everything with 24s, except curtsies with 20s. Less pain in palms, no stress on core (ok, there’s some, but really bearable). More focus on legs. Next time will go slower, same three sets. Or ir there will be plenty of time, could be four sets, but I doubt. more than 1 hour of training is something rare for me.
