It was a squat week for me this week.
Yesterday I did
30 sec Isometric hold, 12kg (Bottom)
10 Narrow Squats, Slow eccentric + pause
4 Cossack Squats, Slow eccentric + pause
Repeated 3 times
Added
5 Goblet squats, Slow eccentric + pause
Repeat 3 times
Slow eccentric = 5 sec
Pause = 2 sec
My squats were slow this Session but I did not feel like I had to chase reps and at the end my squats picked up
Core was bracing throughout the workout compared to the 12kg
Shoulders were fatiguing at the at. Luckily the form didn’t break
