I’m picking up on reps quicker now. I think the next thing for me is to refine the movements work on the little things that still doesn’t stick.

Round 1 = 86 reps
Round 2 = 86 reps
Round 3 = 88 reps
Round 4 = 86 reps

What I’ve noticed with bare feet is that my feet point more outward. I’ve tried it with shoes again and my squats went much faster and I couldn’t keep up with the new pace. So that is something new to work on. With the squats pacing going faster I want to check that I don’t butt wink at the bottom. I’ve seen that happen in the last round and reps. Mostly solid but once or twice that it happened and I corrected it.

Swings, I’m not sure what’s happening here. I’m not trying to bend my back at the top into over extension but it goes there. Scapular depression is much better I’ve focused on that area with other exercises.

Overall it is getting better and I know if I want to increase the weight I would have to refine the technique and pacing first before hitting new ranges.
