I felt solid and at round 4 with the presses my heart rate came down. I decided to do a 5th round which I did not regret

Bracing of the core is less demanding, with the presses I engaged the glutes and core and my presses felt more in control.

With the squats at the end I could feel my lower core burning a bit.

Once the swings and the squats are done then my heart rate comes down and the rest of the exercise feels stable.

I’m starting to see jumps in training and I think I got the right structure worked out.

I’m going to do other exercises later to activate the parasympathetic system.
