Swings 27 reps * 4 = 108, 12kg
Squats 6 reps 4 = 24, 20kg
Presses 24+24 = 48 reps, 16kg
Rows 24+24 = 48 , 16kg
What I’ve noticed about the increase of weight is that my core braced much more than usual.
The swings went well as I’ve corrected my form
The strength in my legs are fine, keeping the core became a focus point
The presses were fine but again I’ve noticed my core more
The rows were fine and yet again I felt it in my core.
My form didn’t lack and after the fourth round I knew that if I would do a 5th round my form would have worn out.
I want to do a cardio set next time with lower weights, higher repetitions and start working on my cardiovascular system
