I thought of doing 15 swings per round but I felt comfortable with 20 rep per round
Third round I felt my core bracing more
Squats went great
Press went great, I felt my core bracing more in the third round
Rows went great, I felt some tension in the glutes, hips area at the third round
Lowering my weight and reps down and focusing on my form and technique has had a positive impact on my body. Movements feels more in control, the body is less fatigued, my mobility and flexibility has increased.
I’m entering my third month of focusing on KB training and I’m excited to continue this journey
