The kettlebell swing is an exercise where the weight moves back and forth or other direction. There are many swing variations. The variation that has become the most popular is the hip hinge swing. But that does not mean that it is the best for any given objective. The hip hinge swing is an insert and pull out. That is the action that takes place to create the movement.
