Remember, you want to demonstrate that you have the skill to perform the same form and technique as demonstrated in the videos, and most importantly, this is not about fast sloppy work or working out. Therefore, it’s good to break things down, i.e. fixate overhead for a split second, if it’s a half snatch, pause in racking for a split second, and if it goes back to dead then reset and focus.
