This kettlebell strength program is an intelligent split that’s about simplicity, low volume, full control, perfection, slow exercise execution, power, strength, flexibility, mobility, and cardio.

NEO is a kettlebell strength program with an intelligent split. NEO has 5 days (can be turned into 4 or 3), KRATOS, ATLAS, HERACLES, CHAOS, and ZEUS. The main focus is strength and flexibility, then cardio, and a touch of power. It can be used as an 8 or 12-week program and you should cycle through it as you achieve increased strength.

The work is split over 5 days and can be completed with single or double kettlebell. The strength rep volume is low and the cardio is short. The strength exercises are based on the Squat, Press, Shrug, Row, Curl, and other awesome core exercises. The 5 days can be done consecutively in one week, but they can also be done with one day rest after each work day and it’s also possible to reduce the days into 4 or 3.

The flexibility work is hidden in the workout as active recovery and each workout is around 30 minutes with usually only 70% of that being work.
