Great workout, perfect duration. May look basic but checks all the boxes and a solid workout. 60 double bell rows at the end was awesome.
What an amazing workout! Short on time? Want to destroy yourself? Than this is for you!!! I used double 14kg for all 10 rounds and it was enough for me...
A great workout with warm-up included , but you have to be carefull how you pick your weight. I used 16kg but had to go down to 14kg and up...
