Today I got a surprise with the PU’s

11+11+11+11+11+10+10+7+7+5+5+4 = 103 reps total

My arms feels pumped,

The row position I could feel my hip more active on the right side compared to left, Also when I stretch my hips the right side tend to be more limited than the right side.

Even if it was only 12kg it still tired my out compared to the first few times I’ve done this exercise.

I’ve braced the core, slowly exhaling as I lifted the weight, Take a quick breath at the top and go down slowly. The last three rounds I had to put more focus on this as fatigue accumulated.

Hips were mildly burning the last few reps.

Stretches, side to side bends are getting better, I don’t hold as much tension as the first time I started this exercise.

I would focus on my form more at the end and it’s why I dropped as I could not keep good form and pushing through it would lead toward injuries later on.

Jefferson Curls, my fingers are getting much closer to the ground which surprised me, I push a little at the end to get a deeper stretch before moving overhead.

I’m flushed, taking time to lay down before moving to stretching, KB 10 – 20min walk, then cool down
