Down scaled to 12kg focusing on form and rhythm.

Pacing is key, you don’t want to gas out from the start.

The first set I did 11 rounds + 5 rounds, Second set I did 8 round + 7 rounds

Other notes, I need to keep focus on my form and would come back next week to see if it becomes easier rather than taking up most of my focus.

I felt the ribbons in my arms since I did ODUS two days ago, no sharp pain though
