Getting back into fitness this is a great way to start working on your pushups again.
I kept it at 5 reps from round 5 as I’m not use to this volume of push ups, this way I can build myself up without over doing it and then miss another 1 – 2 weeks of exercise due to recovery. Also I wanted to avoid poor form and start compensating with my traps and use stabilizers instead of the shoulders.
I’m keeping the weight at 12KG until my push ups increase rather than loading myself too heavy at the start

Shoulders feels pumped
Neck slightly tight (That’s why I went down in reps as my form started to break)
Overall feeling good!
