GI track was upset and I stopped in the 3rd cycle.
Focusing on electrolytes first.
What I read about an upset GI track and why it stopped me in the tracks were as follow :
KB training uses bracing constantly, from squating, swinging, keeping the KB overhead and rows. Your body braces to keep the body stable to allow you to execute the exercises correctly.
This increases gut motility, bracing compresses the intestines and adrenaline speed this process up.
The rest of the day is about replenishing the electrolytes and getting ready for the next session
