Swings 258*4 = 100 reps
Squats 8*4 = 32 reps
Presses R 8*4 = 32 reps
Presses L 8*4 = 32 reps
Rows R 8*4 = 32 reps
Rows L 8*4 = 32 reps

Came back from taking the time to learn my body.

Swings my back and QL’s are not carrying the load anymore. DOMS were active in my hamstrings which suggests the correct pattern is activated during the session. At the last set I felt my core getting fatigue.

Squats I felt less tired than before. Range of depth improved. I kept my breathing steady and core braced when under load. The last set I felt my core working more as fatigue set in.

Presses felt good. At the last set my neck stabilizers activated.

Rows went well

Overall, the correct muscles are firing and it’s making the difference between consistency and pushing through the pain.
