Better listen to Taco on choosing your weight wisely. I started with 12kg on first round and biceps pumped and the grip got hard as I approached the 30 rep range and in my head, I decided 8kg for press and next round. This was great for cardio, biceps and front shoulders. I think I could have used heavier weight for duration but tmw, more snatch session.
