Back pain
Hi Taco. Today I did couple of reps with crunching and I hope it is ok. It felt good but after a while I tried it without weight and I felt sudden pain in upper back again. I didn’t continue so it won’t get worse. Please review the video in comments marked as 3rd try.

LC Clean&Jerk
I was working on leanning back before the jerk, keeping elbow close to body before the jerk. I know that sometimes I slightly bend left elbow but I think that will get fix in the future since I’m doing some stretches.

Description:
“After training I feel pain in the upper back. Could it be because of crunching?” the thing is, you are NOT crunching at all. You are leaning forward a lot, especially on the undersquat. upper back as in the upper trapezius, or around your scapulae?

I just saw your answer. The pain is between scapulas. I lean forward because of lack of flexibility, that is also the reason why I don’t extend left arm.
