Done mostly with 16, on the last exercise switched to 20, and felt it better. next time the whole workout with 20 kg. Liked it, even though this time it was more cardio than strength training. HR 125 avg, 156 max. Reps 112, 58, 70. Important – this underpass switch clean is a fun! And I almost forgot how to push-press, always trying to jerk instead)
