HR max 151 avg 106, done with 16s, first part – 3×12, then 3×9 and 3×9. Probably I could do a bit more reps, but it’s more interesting to go for 20kg bells next time – it should be a real challenge. Many dead swing-cleans reminded me of starting with the bells slightly ahead of legs line to gain the momentum.
