Just came back from a few days of resting and I still didn’t feel ready for Balkans, Enzo, Fierce etc I looked for less intensive WOD and this was perfect to get the blood flowing and loosing up the muscles.

 

I scored total of 102+65+55+57+75+82= 433 Reps*16kgs = 6928

 

I might have missed something about the Reps * Kg’s. I think my score is too high.
