Has a good warm up.  3 x tasks, suggest to be proper warmed up for lifting weights before doing this.  This is an endurance strength workout, so suggest proper warm up, then prep with your kettles before this workout.  It wont tax you CV but to get most out of it, find your ideal weight with the prep.  Will definately do again – workout done in 30 (warm up and prep I would suggest 10-15mins….to find your weight).  Good strength workout!!
