I love double kettlebell work, and this workout has all my favorite exercises for strength, power, and ab/core work. I like low-heavy reps with plenty of time to put everything in on the rep with pure focus. The ab/core work tasks are great to reset and focus on the next round.

Absolutely loved this Strength/Mobility/Power workout, my style of workout. Heavy presses and Heavy Snatches but just the right amount and enough Rest to recover with the Mobility in between sets.

Didn’t think too much about this workout until task 2. Squats and jerks got the HR up to 165 and I knew I’d love it especially with the “break” was windmills. Excellent if you want to practice both double and single jerks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
