Another great workout! It was my first time doing this workout so i went with 14kg. For task 1 i was left with around 1min30sec after all 3 repeated tasks 1. And every round i was faster and faster, so next time ill go with 16kg and so on. Overall a great quick workout!

Fantastic moves & FUN!

Absolutely loved this workout/challenge.  The 3 moves are fabulous and can allow for heavy weight.  I chose 12kg so that I could work on jerk technique but I believe I can lift heavier.  Great workout and will be repeating for month of February!

VENOM

An awesome workout!!! It is hard for me to give less score rating than 10, because every workout that i do it has something special. This one in particural because the workout is tuff-challenging and has enough active rest time so you can complete all 10 rounds!!!

Absoluteley fantastic workout for strenght and mobillity! For the first time i used 1RM 24kg for both press and snatch with ease, so that means that next time ill try 28kg

Fun getting up & down!

I generally like high intensity HR workouts but very much enjoyed this one.  It was fun getting up & down even though I failed with 3 more rounds short.  I started too slow and focused on the on floor press and rows.  But if you want to work on agility, this is a great workout

I realy like this kind of workouts. Short and effective. After the holidays i see now how much i lost condition vise. So today was somehwat hard for me. I used 18kg for task 1 and 20kg for task 2 Simple movements clean and press so i can pratcise my cleans wich are getting better

Solid leg workout!

Nicely programmed and I enjoyed it alongside side bends and Jefferson curls. I’m sure I could’ve squatted squat more but I was afraid that I might not be able to clean heavier double bells. I’d recommend this if you want some low back, oblique & quad work
