The name definitely lives up to this workout. My chest feels like it’s going to explode , my forearms are burning and my mental strength is so much stronger! I highly recommend giving this a go! I am definitely going to do it a few more times as I couldn’t hold the kettlebell anymore with
Enjoyed double bell work with the mobility work. Quads and hamstrings felt great and then got to workout on some clean and jerks. A nice mix.

I was running yesterday, so this workout was just right to relax a bit and focus on mobillity and flexibillity . Even if my heart rate was up there the workout has just right exercises and mobillity routine that are focused for leg – back stretching. I was using double 12kg for overhead reverse lunges

Great workout! I had some troubles with TASK2 first round but on the second one i got the hang of it. Used 18 and 16 kg and it was exactly right weight for me! Loved it!
I’m giving this workout 7 out of 10 just because i was not quick enough with transition from chin to the ground to scapulae to the ground.
Great workout ! It pushed my heart rate trough the roof! Awesome for aerobic performance and for me the exercises are right up my capabilities . Went up from 14kg to 18kg ( no problems there ) Getting stronger.
Yet another workout that targets exactly what i need in my weekly schedule and for my mobillity which is getting extremely better! The only reason that i didn’t give it 10/10 is because i can’t manage 24kg for switch presses for 90sec and had to stick with 20kg . But that’s on me. Next time
Great – short workout after todays run. Used 12kg KB – no penalty. Next time ill go up to 14kg
