Another excellent workout where I think I could have went heavier weight but it was so hot that I’m glad I stayed with 12kg. Well programmed with the right number of swings with TGUs. Next time, I can go with the 16kg.

I loved the dead snatch to TGUs and felt great but burpees to open and close the workout was brutal. Heart rate got up to 175! Sweaty

Great workout, the longer time for reps really makes you focus and think, trying to get that MMC. Chest presses were solid and really enjoyed split stance rear press, I imagine some work to do on that though.
Very much enjoyed this loaded mobility workout. Never worked ankles like this before and quads fired up along with reverse curtsy lunges. Absolutely fun to do & will return to this one!

Went with light weights but killer workout for your heart!❤️. Break these up like I did to chip away at the reps. 15/15/10/10 hang cleans, 10 x 5 then even buy out burpees was done 10×2. Another fab workout by Taco!

Had a great week Training and was looking for something i could do with the 14kg, this was perfect. Great moves and not too many reps of each!
Great workout, 80 jumping jacks into the 40 rows was nice, then the main part dead to overhead reverse lunge x80, actually enjoyable. 40 push ups at the end were tough but a solid workout.
Great workout, love the double bell combo in to the surrenders, focus was trying to keep arms as straight as possible for those. Taxing workout task 1 then straight into task 2, loved it.
Excellent cardio workout! I didn’t feel out of breath, but was sweaty & clearly HR elevated for solid workout. I used a 16kg for kb combo and 28kg for task 3. Could have gone heavier weight but what I used was plenty. Will keep this one in rotation.
