I both loved and hated this workout. It is very tough, but making progress is unbelievably rewarding. You can either go for strength and lower reps or cardio and higher reps. Choose your weights wisely, I promise you are going to be exhausted. It was also interesting to experiment with the scoring and finding out the “sweet spot” (high vs low reps).
