Yet another workout that targets exactly what i need in my weekly schedule and for my mobillity which is getting extremely better!
The only reason that i didn’t give it 10/10 is because i can’t manage 24kg for switch presses for 90sec and had to stick with 20kg . But that’s on me.
Next time i’ll go up on dead cleans and try my 24kg for presses and see how it goes.
