I have been working cardio in that is low to moderate and this fit the bill. I did it for 16 minutes after some landmine and sled work. I went conservative with a 30lb bell could’ve done more weight but it was paced good to keep me in heartrate range of 130bpm. Next time I will use more weight and go longer.
