Great workout when tired from previous day !

I was running yesterday, so this workout was just right to relax a bit and focus on mobillity and flexibillity . Even if my heart rate was up there the workout has just right exercises and mobillity routine that are focused for leg – back stretching. I was using double 12kg for overhead reverse lunges and 14kg for TGU and WINDMILLS.
