I follow Taco Fleur on Facebook and he asked who wanted a resource for KB workouts. I said I did and he sent me the link to this site. At first, I was surprised at how much was on the website, but then I got a little overwhelmed lol. Thankfully I used the filter to pinpoint the best exercise for me.

I’m new to kettlebells but not new to working out so I filtered for an intermediate workout. I sorted the results by the highest-rated workouts and looked for something good for both fat loss and muscle retention, settling on the Centauri workout.

It said the workout is 26-30 minutes which was the sweet spot for my schedule that day and it ended up being right on point.

I appreciated the details listed for the workout, Level, resistance, time, benefits, target body parts etc. The way the workout is laid out was easy to follow and the short explainer video was perfect. It allowed me to see/know what I had to do and then I was off to do it. I am not a fan of follow-along workout videos so I really appreciated the quick instruction video and then it was up to me to execute. I’d rather just listen to my music, be in the zone, and get the workout done without listening or watching along with someone else. Again, for me this was great!

Overall, the workout was fantastic and I’ll do it again. I’ll certainly be trying some of the other workouts as well.
