I love these type of workouts. 3/4 exercises in the workout make it easy to remember without having to write it down. It’s simple and gets your heart rate up. I scaled mine just a little since I don’t have two kettlebells the same size. I did single snatches. I paced myself, nursing a sore shoulder, but felt I got my heart rate up pretty good. I used a 35lb KB for the snatches and a 50lb for the deadlift squats. I added 1 rep per round on the deadlift squats as well. I got 12 rounds in 21 minutes and want to get to 15 next time I go. I think this would be a good one to use with a partner to push each other. I’m wanting to add KB’s more into my workouts. So far I like the app and will see what I can find to maybe help you improve it. I look forward to getting to some more workouts over next weekend. I normally do standard lifting at the gym during the week and do HIIT on the weekends.
