Found an exercise that needs improvement

I did two rounds of this following the sneaky Ann.  I felt it in my core.  I realize I need to work on the overhead hold on the side planks. Had a little difficulty with the weight I was using.
I like the intensity meter that shows how hard the workouts are.  I think that helps with if you are needing an easier day or if you want to get something hard in that day.
