Better listen to Taco on choosing your weight wisely. I started with 12kg on first round and biceps pumped and the grip got hard as I approached the 30 rep range and in my head, I decided 8kg for press and next round. This was great for cardio, biceps and front shoulders. Since this chipper workout is a 1st time, I’m glad to have tried heavier in first round but it was best to go lighter and get the cardio and arm pump.
